The Bon Temps Brass Band is a rowdy group of musicians from New Orleans and around the World who presently reside in the NJ/NYC metro market.  This isn't your typical band with a horn section.  They can provide a classy backdrop to the conversations of your guest or Client...Or they're an insane horn band that will make your celebration a memorable one.

Members of the Bon Temps Brass Band have shared the stage with the who's who of New Orleans musicians such as Kermit Ruffins, Leo Nocentelli, Zydeco-a-Go-Go, New Orleans Jazz Vipers, the Wild Bohemians, Red Stick Ramblers, Norman Taylor, Ginger Coyle, Billy Hector, Treme’ Brass Band and others.  The Bon Temps Brass Band delivers you and your guest anywhere in N'Wallins from Uptown, Back of Town, Bourbon Street, The Marigny, and the Bywater, from the opening riffs of their show through the final encore.

Their high energy performances along with their uncanny ability to improvise on familiar melodies draws listeners to their feet right out of the gate.  This isn't your traditional jazz or swing, rhythm or blues band delivering chart music of songs by New Orleans legends.  This is N'wallins funked out Mardi Gras Mambo with a tightness that goes well beyond their “pickup band” appearance.  Once the bands kicks it into high gear with tunes such as Al Johnson's 2nd Line to Allen Toussaints "Sweet Dreams" you know you've just joined in on a second-line parade. 

Bon Temps Brass Band is also a community service centered group.  They've appeared at numerous functions that include everything from private parties, nightclubs, fundraisers and benefits to military funerals with a single trumpet sounding Taps.  No job is too small or too large from the Bon Temps Brass Band because they have the ability to change the number of artist depending on the situation.  Each and every musician in the Bon Temps Brass Band is a consummate professional and has been a musician for life. The Bon Temps Brass Band is ready, willing and able to perform locally or travel the world over.
